At Elemental Cards, we strive to ensure every order arrives in excellent condition and meets your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

The product is in resalable condition, with no damage or tampering.

Proof of purchase is provided (e.g. order confirmation or invoice).
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of TCG products, we cannot accept returns on the following:

Opened booster packs, boxes, tins, or sealed products

Singles (individual trading cards)

Mystery boxes, blind bags, or similar surprise items
-
Digital codes, redemption cards, or any product involving randomised content once opened
This policy helps protect the integrity of collectible products and ensures fairness for all customers.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the packaging and item(s).

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, refund, or store credit.

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
